Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for our Elyria facility.
The shipping and receiving coordinator perform inventory management for incoming and outgoing company products and parts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all outbound shipments, including preparation of sequentially numbered paperwork in software system, management of packaging materials inventories, packaging of products to be shipped and arrangements of transportation services.
- Prepares product for shipment by verifying location, pulling, packing, crating, loading or directing movement to staging area and resolving problems.
- Coordinate movement of product from production to warehouse shipping.
- Completes daily receiving entries in computer system. Distributes to purchasing office for filing.
- Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports and to ensure the database is accurate.
- Notifies and/or delivers incoming product to end user.
- Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year tow motor experience
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, QAD, Vault)

Assembly/Production Worker (Strongsville and North Ridgeville locations)
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to perform assembly/production work. Our colleagues work four 10- hour days Monday through Thursday. Candidate must be able to work overtime as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be flexible with work hours – work overtime as needed
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to read and perform basic math skills
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers
- Ability to read & interpret instructions, specifications, blueprints and preliminary designs
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance; must have reliable transportation
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Pallet Jack and/or Tow Motor operation skills a plus
- Must be able to speak and read proficient English

Maintenance Technician (Strongsville)
We are currently recruiting for a second shift Maintenance Technician for our Strongsville facility.
This individual will oversee all maintenance functions related to manufacturing equipment, assist with facility maintenance, ensure completion of documentation of all preventative maintenance, and establish priorities based on company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, monitor, and control a preventive maintenance system to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment and facilities while achieving corporate objectives
- Must have maintenance and programming PLC experience.
- Monitor unscheduled equipment. Make effective changes to prevent future occurrences.
- Work with the maintenance team to maintain an appropriate inventory of spare components to ensure maximum equipment and facility operations while minimizing inventory levels.
- Monitor and maintain the material handling equipment to meet corporate objectives and make recommendations for repair and replacement of equipment, as necessary.
- Work closely with and provide support to project and continuous improvement teams, engineers, and safety personnel. Provide input on function, selection, relocation and servicing of equipment and other project work.
- Recommend and complete necessary inspections and improvements to be OSHA compliant.
